Our Community
As you know, at Common Grounds we respect and value our role as a member of our local community, and so we are proud to support local agencies and organizations that are working to directly better the health, happiness, and creativity of our shared community.
Below are the organizations that we support, either directly or via our Volunteer of the Week program.

Volunteer of the Week
As an active and invested member of this community, we want to show our appreciation of our neighbors who are going above and beyond to make Lexington a safer, healthier, and more welcoming place to live.
Based on your nominations, we'll select a Volunteer of the Week--who will not only be recognized online and in the store, but will also receive a letter entitling him to him/her to special Common Grounds goodies during his/her week of recognition.
Know of somebody who deserves a pat on the back for all of their hardwork? Just email Kerri, our office assistant with 1) a description of your nominee's volunteer activities and explanation of why he/she should be recognized, 2) contact information for the nominee, and 3) contact information for verification (i.e., a non-profit agency, a local professor, a church leader, etc. ).
